What is EUDR? The EU Deforestation Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2023/1115) requires companies placing wood products on the EU market to prove that the products do not originate from recently deforested land, do not contribute to forest degradation, and are legally harvested.

Timeline: Large operators — December 30, 2026. Micro and small enterprises — June 30, 2027. China is classified as a "low-risk" country, simplifying the due diligence process.
